Mr. Eddie, I hope you are having a great day. I enjoy watching both channels. It reminds me a lot of the saw mill I worked at out of high school. We had a two story mill, all the lumber was cut upstairs. We had a head saw, bull edger, big bandsaw, and the end trim saw. I worked on the green chain stacking the lumber. I miss those days sometimes. When I watch your alls channels I can smell the wood, and remember the noises. Good times.

I worked as an estimator for an excavator who was a multi-millionaire. All he really wanted to do was mill lumber, and it was my job to get jobs that supplied the mill with trees. As you know, the smell of a saw mill is like no other smell, and it is intoxicating. I never saw box elder until you guys milled it, that is beautiful stuff. Thanks for bringing us along,

Thank you we try to put a variety of wood on the mill. Box elder is definitely very nice. More interesting wood will be coming

I guess sawing up a log is like rolling the dice. You win some, you loose some. There was a couple of nice looking pieces out of that log. Thanks for the video Mr. Eddie.

I was a successful teacher for 50 years reaching hundreds of at-risk, low-income, teen parents, etc students who didn't fit in the mold expected by comprehensive programs and retired with the onslaught of covid computer based learning which i feel is an insult to the student. I just wish I had your knack for speaking and calmness. I would have made their classroom experience better. Your are a good person.

Nice to see you all in operation once again doing what you love to do. The question what is the real difference between being fair and honest? As far as the quality of the wood, you can only take what mother nature gives you. If you get lemons, make lemonade, ice it down and go sit in the shade.

Glad you started a channel, Eddie. I am inspired by your words or word for the day/video. I am a Facebooker and am going to start something like you do with the words/word of the day on my page. I may not post one everyday, maybe once a week. Being fair is a big part of life. I always say, The head bookkeeper knows all and is in charge. We all will be judged and none are without sin, but knowing and trying to do right as a person will be how others will think of us in this life and I think how it will be written in the book of life. I remember we used a wheelbarrow close to where you work to put small pieces in that worked good when sawing. I wondered if one would work under the conveyor to catch them small pieces for u'all?

Hi Ed. Sawing logs: You don't know? Until you get it opened up. Beyond it's imperfections. It's pretty wood. They're great for stall boards. To be fair: My late mom's teachings was to be honest & fair. Negotiate to being fair too. It's a good near future customers to coming back any type of business. Your opening horn music sounds like it's a knock-off of the Phil Collin's Face Value album. AwkWORD Phrase of the Day: "Power Wash That Bus Motor" Get some Vitalis and chisel off that grease build up, it's greasy kid-stuff. See: 50's Bart Starr commercial. Bart Starr says: "Get that greasy kid-stuff off your motor, and while you're at it, tell Farve to lay off the pills, sext pics, and welfare scams, and Rodgers to quit enbibing Ayahuasca."
