We have had the recipe for red peppers in vinegar (raw) in our family for over 45 years, having received it from Teresa, from Cluj, my mother's dear friend. This simple pickle is quick to make cold, requires no scalding or sterilizing, and keeps well for up to 12 months in the pantry. Pickled bell peppers for the winter, in a medium or small jar.
