As an antkeeper and an insect enthusiast (not a qualified expert, but at least I'm not a 12 year old kid), I am highly confident that there is no animal other than a disease deadly to redbacks or a human with bug spray that could kill the redbacks in that tank. There are plenty of things that can kill redbacks, such as praying mantises, wasps, etc., but pretty much nothing can kill a redback in its web. Your best bet, in my opinion, would be to dump hundreds of ants (all from the same colony or they'll kill each other) into the tank, making sure they don't land in the webs. Find the most aggressive ants in your area and dump them in. While they won't kill the redbacks in their webs, they'll kill anything that goes on the ground. It doesn't really matter if you have the queen, because the workers can live a few months without her anyway. Once they're in the tank, you can feed them honey, sugar water, and/or fruit to so they don't starve. Workers need sugar in a liquid form to survive.
