"Insta worthy cafe dishes" 😃👏👏 Another great video Chris. The Bee Gees are huge, they've got many many great songs. And were putting them out long before Saturday Night Fever became a phenomenon. Markets, lagoon, the jetty and beaches all looked a real treat. The Botanical Gardens await your return 😃

Haha...yep Insta Worthy ! I tried to add a short 10 second audio of the Bee Gees music behind the video, but got a copy right claim. Sounded better with it, but had to re-edit without it. :( I think the floods canned the Botanic Gardens, the lagoon was empty because of it too....first time I've ever seen it with no people.

@Aquarius Traveller Gee, you couldn't even get away with 10 seconds. That's rough! What tune were you hoping to use? It has been a long while since I visited the region.

Hi Chris, another great episode 🙌 I didn't realize the Bee Gees grew up here. I would for sure want to visit Bee Gees way to see the life size statues and learn more about their history ☺️

It was really interesting to find out more about them, I had no idea they grew up around here. The whole time your walking through the alleyway, their music was playing and I would really like to see the night display.

Did I understand correctly that they bought and old ship to help break the water, or did I misunderstand that? Lol 😂 what?! I love The Bee Gees! How deep is your love… 🎶🎶🎶 So cool!!! That lagoon looked beautiful 🤩
@AquariusTraveller

Yep, serve as a breakwater and help the beach from erosion. Breaking the waters power against the coastline :) Bee Gees are pretty cool, I tried to add 10 seconds of staying alive song to my video, but copyright claim - so removed so I can still make money :)...it was only a few months ago that I found out that they grow up here (born in London but started their career here)

The lagoon was actually closed at this time for cleaning after the flood. It's the most empty I have ever seen it. you can still see some of the dirt too...the floods were pretty bad here and I almost had it come into my home for the first time.

Hi. Thanks for the video but Redcliffe is not in Brisbane. It's a suburb of the City of Moreton Bay, which is north of Brisbane. Cheers.

It is not part of Brisbane at all. It is a city in the Moreton Shire and fiercely parochial. Please do your research before posting.
