Can you give a Tip on how you keep track of your Training-Approach during the session, for example do you use a specific smartwatch or a specific Setting on a Garmin Watch to keep up with the Repgoal etc.

Hey Max, I have been doing 6 counts for a while now, once a week and posting on the channel. My stance is quite wide because decades of competitive squash means my spine is not that conducive to the deep squat position and I find it more comfortable. I still have to get up and down of course. Regardless of that my best attempt was 325 with 7 seconds to spare [mess up on the international burpee day streaming]. The thing I have found best is to always go unbroken for the 20 minutes. Grueling but I haven't dropped below 302. Why not try unbroken?

Incredible work, Duncan! I just tried a smooth 300, which felt great. SO maybe unbroken will be my path forward.
