As a silent movie fan, I wanted to dig a little deeper into where some of the Actresses went and why they disappeared. Where did they go, what happened? Why did they leave? In a new series on this channel, I will be exploring some of these actresses in mini documentaries. Seeing what I can find out...
The first Actress is Lillian Hall-Davis (sometimes incorrectly spelled Davies, as on some of her old cabinet cards), an Actress that had a shining light on film, but a sad ending at 35.
I will still be uploading repaired historical footage and public domain silent movies. And as seeing as some of you enjoy seeing old photos brought to life through color, I will continue to do that as well :)
As always for Betty - love you and miss you Momma.
