these are the best for removing fast-on crimp terminals for in-line hanging splices if you have two, one for each side. saves your hands so much. the little notch in the front. I swear I would have punched my boss once when he asked me to do something at 4:45 on a friday with like 150 of those god damn crimps, but I had a car battery plier with the notch in front and managed it in short order, even if they were basically fused together and the thing was totally miswired. I was thinking like oh that tools from like 1920, maybe I should throw it out. Some how it ended up restored and in my trunk. thank god
