Because fptp means a spread out voter base cannot win seats - the Lib Dem’s have an efficient localised election machine that bolsters grassroots movements to maximise specific places they could feasibly win. In contrast, with a couple exceptions, Reform U.K. is a lot more spread out and national in its campaigning and messaging, as UKIP was before it.

🤖 Nigel Farage does not have German citizenship. The search results do not provide any evidence that Farage himself has obtained German citizenship. However, there are some related facts about Farage's family and German connections: *1.* Two of Farage's children have both British and German passports, due to their mother being German. This allows them to benefit from EU freedom of movement rights post-Brexit. *2.* Farage's wife, Kirsten Mehr, is German. They have since separated, as reported in 2017. *3.* There were rumors and speculation in 2016 that Farage had applied for German citizenship, but these claims were denied by sources close to Farage. When asked directly about visiting the German embassy, Farage reportedly responded, "none of your business" and hung up the phone. *4.* A controversial report claimed Farage applied for a German passport the day after the 2016 EU referendum, but this information has not been independently verified. It's important to note that Farage has not publicly confirmed having German citizenship himself, and there is no concrete evidence to support such a claim. The focus has primarily been on his children's dual citizenship status. 🧠 _Perplexity AI_

And heres me thinking outsourcing industry and giving billions to other country while letting anyone into the country was destrmental to the economy, totally not the reason why 1 in 10 councils are going bankrupt and crime is on the rise, you do know Cities can benefit big from the EU right but not for people who live in smsll boroughs or towns, especially if they don't have a high crime rate moronic protestors everday so please crying about the vote you idiots lost 8 years ago😂, imagine my shock when politicians don't care you muppet Remember when Labour dragged the UK into a BS conflict that sent young men to die in both Iraq and Afghanistan? Or what about all those hate crime laws they pushed on british citizens that get locked up for practicing free speech. 😂

Well done Nigel. He is absolutely right to complain about the ridiculous mis- proportionally of the number of votes cast and the amount of seats you get. What we should do is scrap the House of Lords and replace it with a genuine House of Representatives, which could have limited power’s to propose certain changes to the law which could be sent up to the commons to be voted on. After all they are seriously under employed in the House of Commons.

He’s the most dishonest, narcissistic man in modern British political history. Made a fat living as an MEP while doing exactly none of the work to benefit Britons that he was supposed to do, all while espousing how bad and evil the EU was. He then got his way with Brexit, immediately resigned to get a nice, big MEP pension all while plunging the UK into a cost of living crisis. He’s the biggest hypocrite Britain’s seen since Oliver Cromwell.
