I make liver about once a week and my grandparents told me liver and onions makes their mouth water so I had to give it a try.
Boy, were they right!
I fried up some bacon to brown the onions and garlic then threw in the liver for 5 minutes to produce this golden perfection of a balanced meal. So nutrient dense and delicious!
I had a bit of it raw before cooking. Diced it into tiny little cubes and wasn’t that bad. But I’ve always been a fan of Pâté. 🤤
