This video gives an overview of Farm Africa's Regenerative Agriculture project, which was funded by the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) and implemented in Kenya's Embu County by Farm Africa.
Regenerative Agriculture offers a sustainable approach to restoring soil health and boosting food security in the face of climate change. The Regenerative Agriculture project aimed at increasing food security and resilience through intensification of maize and pulses among smallholder farmers in Embu County.
The project was also seeking to develop and operationalise a robust village based advisory business model that would provide regenerative agriculture extension services to farmers in Embu County.
