Man Reggie deserves a lot more credit than he gets for staying loyal to the pacers and making them relevant. Who was checking for the pacers before he showed up? And when he retired they went back to being irrelevant lol. Got offered a chance to go play for the lakers in his hometown with other stars, turned it down just because he wanted to win a championship in a place that never won one. He's better than me cause I would have dipped when they burned my house down.

It's all about contracts and if certain guys don't want to be in the game, they don't sign the form, there's just nothing you can do. Since Reggie retired in 2005 he has never wanted his likeness used in videogames so sadly there are never classic Pacers teams. Charles Barkley is the same way, and Andrew Toney never signs up to be on the classic Sixers either. What can you do...

The one person I've always noticed that never signs the contract anymore is Bryon Russell....he doesn't want people schooling him with Michael Jordan over and over clearly. It's like he wants to forget he was in the NBA.
@TRJ2241987
10 жыл бұрын
Current players don't sign anything, they are part of the National Basketball Player's Association, when 2KSports, or any other company, purchases the rights to the NBPA license for the year, they are able to use all of the players within the NBPA. 2Ksports doesn't add those more recent teams because they pretty much cap themselves out financially on the teams that they do have, it's a lot of extra players to pay when you think about it. As for deceased players, some type of Power of Attorney to their estate might sign something? I mean plenty of dead celebrities continue to make money years after their deaths, it's up to somebody to handle likeness use.

@Jerrel28

Matthew Tingle Thats got nothing to do with being clutch. Winning a title isn't easy, not even in high school. There are a lot of factors that go into it. I feel though, if he had one more high caliber scorer with him he could have done it. They pushed the Bulls to the brink in 1998. John Stockton was extremely clutch too, and never won a title. He might not be the greatest clutch performer, but he's definitely up there.
