soo fucking fantastic. The first 6 minutes represent Reggie's mental construction of the song, in s sense, while the last 6 act his execution of the idea he needed to preserve. SO GOOD

There is something supernatual or metaphysical about this video. What a great performance artist, I think he is calling attention to the nature of existence and parallel universes. This guy blows me away with his brilliance.

@dowdenboy this must be what happens when you record a song that's not really a song, just you explaining having the idea of the song. But yea, this is really cool. So is reggie. I really dig your style ( assuming you're the videographer for this. ) It's really.. psychedelic? or... mesmerizing. Spiritual, i totally feel the passion you put into your work. Thank you, and please keep doing.

I think I've got it, he recorded the background loop before hand, then he put head phones on which are connected to his looper (his afro is so big you can't see the head phones, but you can see part of the cord at 11:03/11:13) He then records himself sitting for about 6 minutes with a fan next to him, after sitting still he starts recording what we hear at the start, then playing the background loop through the head phones, he records the vocals for the track played in the first 6 minutes.

I don't know if you noticed, but he that he was not doing the primary tracks (singing) live. The first part of the video is a perfect video loop which is transitioned out of at the middle of the video. He did the actual music live (or perhaps immediately after recording the voice track) whilst playing his voice track... and the voice track makes up the last part of the video.
