Our second webinar in the 'AI and ADR: Theory and Practice' series took place on 13 June and looked at the regulation of AI in the wake of this new benchmark set by the EU.
We continue discussing the use of artificial intelligence in alternative dispute resolution. Together with our international speakers, we focused on risks and responsibilities associated with reliance on AI in a professional setting and looked at reasons why legislation and guidelines on AI are becoming crucial. We also explored regional and national examples and trends of AI regulation.
