Thanks for the content very helpful. I have L5S1 herniation on the S1 nerve. I’m at work 8-6pm and with kids hard to find time to do these exercises. Can I do them in the morning like 630am? I’ve read mixed reviews that you shouldn’t exercise in the AM.

Hi there, it would be less than optimal to exercise in the am due to the disc being at is fullest in size and the bodys nervous system not being fully awake. Without knowing the kids ages or your job there are a couple of work around. An empty room at work where you can do 15 to 20 mins of exercise at lunch time. Have the kids join in your exercise routine and make it a fun game for them. I often utilise this technique but it does depend how old the kids are. Only really need 20 mins a day to make a difference or even 2 X 15 min blocks, you will be surprised at the gains you could make. Any more questions feel free to reach out ;)

@@bashbackpain I’ll try to do it after work. It’s an office job but I stand 8 hours to get through. I watched your other videos. Any other stretches you recommend besides hip flexor, glute and eldoa? Also how do you feel about inversion tables? Thanks again for helping people. I subscribed and will hopefully be able to afford your program in a few months

Hey Colin, any suggestions on how to sit for longer periods? Like for travel or times when getting up is not possible. At the moment I am able to walk and stand with no symptoms but I can’t sit for longer than 30 minutes without the sciatica/butt pain starting to intensify. Thanks again for all your content !!

You need to check out my videos on driving and flying - kzitem.info/news/bejne/qoaZtqmlp6hmmGk - kzitem.info/news/bejne/tX-jnmqVb4OSkoI i would also do some mckenzie leans before undertaking the journey as they normally bring some temporary relief - kzitem.info/news/bejne/loWZ0Keucn9ke5w 4:36 onwards. The other thing i used to do along with putting a rolled up towel behind my back was also sitting one of my butt cheeks on a small cushion so it was sligtly higher. This used to help me somewhat with a long car ride. As soon as i got to where i was going and i had free time to myself i would do an el doa decompression stretch as well - kzitem.info/news/bejne/xYWet3qrjKuaoXo - try this out and see how you get on :)

Hi great video just subscribed. I'm 16 and have sciatica in my right leg and i seem to have all Mobility still but i haven't had any progress in my symptoms for the past 3 months since it started what's your opinion on this should I see a chiropractor?

Your 16. Your annulus and np tissue is still highly adaptable. Play it very save for the next 4 years with sleep, spine hygiene, proper exercise and you'll be good. Read Back mechanic or watch a couple Dr McGill podcasts

@@lorenzovandervelden9472 actually the reason I said don't go to chiro is that some time while doing manipulation they can make your problem increase
