Because they're two different characters. Sheldon Cooper is just a dumb character, the price is being supersmart that that's it. He's dumb. Reid is obvlivious, is a more or less reallistic character that is absurdly smart but, at the same time, the price that he paid is being absolutely obvlivious. Being absolutely smart is his only trait and the price that he paid is inmense, he looks to be unable to connect with others or the situations.

@@Huma270490 I think it's because of how different they were raised, as opposed to Sheldon's childhood that includes his brother, sister, meemaw, and parents. House would think he's a pain in the ass, but I think he'd secretly enjoy Reid's presence. Third: Reid would provably *learn* from House. To Reid, House would seem like a gigantic delicious book. Fourth: an argument between them would take days, and not because they're both intelligent, but because while Reid can give immediate answers, House can't. House has to think for days and discard wrong possibilities before having his epiphany and giving a solid diagnosis. Reid would make the first move, start the argument, and then it would be House's round and he'd be like: "hold my vicodin" take the double amount of pills and take at least three days before answering Reid with a solid thesis. They're both intelligent, but they're not compatible. Reid is a genius polymath, House is an experienced doctor with some psychological trauma that makes him stubborn as heck. That's it.

In every single video about spencer, there's always one comment mentioning Sheldon. But I've never seen anyone mentioning Spencer in a tbbt clip. Don't get me wrong, i love Spencer more than Sheldon, but ppl always trying to prove that spencer is "better" than sheldon (even tho it's totally different genres) is weird to me. It also shows that sheldon is far more relevant as a character, otherwise he wouldn't be mentioned in a completely unrelated clips

I always see hookers at a casino near me. And the security staff does nothing to prevent it. It was something a neighbor brought up when the casino was first proposed. The town held hearings and they were basically for show. The decision was made beforehand. The casino will be approved and no one is going to get in the way. Only one person brought up the hooker issues. Others seemed more concerned with "traffic" which I always assume means black people. The funny thing was the town did it for the revenue, but it turns out towns that are 15 miles away can get funding from the casino for various projects. They also promised tax rebate checks, my neighbor got $135 last year. Big bucks. LOL

@@christhis9597 No, the show wrote those lines but if you look at the video poker screen at 0:15 you'll see that he had $20.25 in credits and she made a comment on a hand that he didn't make any money on.
@notAshildr

@@marcoolvera4274 It says 2025 in the credits, and on the bottom of the screen it says there's a 5$ buy-in. On top it also says the minimum bet is $1. I don't know this particular machine, but going off of that, I'd assume that 2025 is indeed $2025.00 and not just twenty bucks and a bit.
@marcoolvera4274
3 жыл бұрын
@@notAshildr well don't assume because I am not. If you have ever been to a casino you would know that the game he is playing is called jacks or better and that credits read 2025 if had 2k it would read 202500.
@jalv509

@@marcoolvera4274 Actually this is a dollar denomination machine. The top of the screen reads Minimum bet $1 and Max bet $5 for progressive. Since he is betting 5 credits and the Royal flush payout shows as progressive, we can assume the machine is set at a dollar denomination. I say this as someone who goes to casinos a few times a year, and just returned from Las Vegas on Friday. I like to bet on the higher denominations even if I bet fewer credits just because of the greater payback percentage for higher denominations.

She might get herself into a lot of trouble with that kind of money. It can be dangerous to give people things they don't deserve. She's more likely to use that money to buy cigarettes than as motivation to quit. Reid might have more faith in people than I do.
