Brothers, from all walks of this earth. Doesn’t matter the color of your skin, your religious beliefs, your opinions, we have something in common which is universal. It’s called brotherhood. It connects us throughout the world and history. Fallen soldiers grieved for it, men changed the course of humanity with it, built empires, saved lifes, made an impact. You are part of this.

True masculinity is not being swole, it's not smoking, it's not mad violence, it's not misogyny. True masculinity is providing and protecting your tribe, your people. True masculinity is building empires, building brotherhoods, and holding together societies that we built by taking upon the hardest of tasks. To bleed the most, sweat the most sweat, to go one more round when your body gives up, to be the best person you can be, that is to be a man. Forge brotherhoods. Build empires. Embrace masculinity.

I am a woman and this message is amazing. This form of masculinity of bettering yourself, your mental health, respect and kindness while also removing the addictions that can affect yourself. Like smoking, porn, drinking, over eating and becoming obese. We must all obtain a healthy and strong mind and body. Not like insanely strong but a decent amount of exercise which every human needs. This isn’t showing off. This is improving yourself as a human and proving people that you can be strong and not to let life’s daily struggles affect you. I’m applying this to myself as well. I want to get stronger. I’m hopefully going to have an exercise routine soon. I need to build muscle and stop sitting down most of the day. I’m not fat but I need to improve my muscles because I’m kinda lanky. But be strong. If the strong got strong then you can to. There’s always a start somewhere that leads you through crazy hills. But the journey is worth it.

The interviewer was so vague about the the question that she had to ask "for what" In the next sentence she says "i love men i think men are the coolest , but i don't think you NEED them" She is talking from her perspective and not for the world as whole and she is correct no one NEEDS a man nor a woman , they can live by themselves pretty well. Dont idolize characters like patrick bateman, hes literally a character from a satire movie portraying a man that has everything but feels empty inside because he doesnt have a mental stability, prioritize your mental health first, then the rest would be much easier to pursue
