Look, there are rare physical conditions that make it very hard to lose weight, and no one should ever be outright shamed by others because of the way they look. However, as a society we can never embrace obesity. It is a disease. We used to think that cigarettes are good for you, but we changed as a society and worked hard to change people's minds. We have to do the same for obesity. We don't need to go on a fat witch hunt or anything and pick on them, but we can't use obesity as a means of entertainment as if it's not a serious condition. Imagine if we thought it was funny to watch people with lung cancer from smoking. That would be horrible. I will never watch people like nikado avocado. The day he chooses to record his journey of weight loss, I'll start watching him. There are so many amazing people out there who have gone from being severely overweight or obese and worked hard and lost the weight. It is possible. There's no excuse.

Yes, this is the message that are being spread by this kind of video. The idea is not letting yourself in a state of weakness, we don't just randomly rant on people who are fat, we motivate them to be the best form and health of theirselves.

90 percent of the people who go to the gym to look a certain way are women. I know zero gym bros who do it purely for aesthetics. There's no other feeling out there quite like feeling superhuman from the gym and workouts.

Going to the gym to look a certain way is NOT fatphobic. If we are all for body positivity and doing what you want to your body, then people shouldn't be bashing those who exercise for the sake of their appearance. Second, for personal reasons, I don't like being/looking fat because it looks so wrong. Like my body is not meant to be that way. And the human body, male or female, has never been meant to look like that.
