I honestly saw a difference monitoring ends monthly and I noticed how parts of my hair just grows faster or slower naturally. So yes that keeps ends & breakage controlled. Very nice video

I don’t miss this..since going natural over 10 yrs ago the density of my hair is so much thicker. Length retention is much better and ability to keep moisture is on point. Down to almost waist length from collar bone length. Like the permed look but not what it comes with…shedding and breakage.

Would love to know what your regime is @lu….. - as I loose a lot more hair when loose natural. Only time my hair has been a decent length when natural I was loc’d. The amount of detangling needed for natural hair just has never worked for me - and always left me with hair not past my shoulders. I first went natural (while not a child) 20 years ago (for 10 years) and then went texlaxed for 5 years and have only been natural again for 5 years but thinking of relaxing as don’t want to have locs again (but also really want my hair long again)

@@Whatdidijustsee00 -Wash hair 2x/month. Deep conditioning every time. -Grease scalp 2x/ month. -Use fingers first to detangle. Then wide tooth comb if needed. Sometimes I don’t need it. -pre-poo before every wash. Favorite cheap conditioner with olive oil. -protective styles 90% of the time. -Ends always tucked away and hair stretched. -moisturize 1x a week and seal with castor oil focusing on ends. -Trim as needed and search and destroy fairy knots when moisturizing hair. -Eat a decent diet 75% of the time. (You gotta enjoy life too 😁) I rarely keep my hair in its curly state. When I wash my hair I use a Revair to elongate and stretch my hair. It makes detangling a lot easier when it’s time to moisturize. A lot less shedding and breakage. My fingers touch my hair 1x a week so leaving your hair alone is key also. Having long natural hair is most definitely doable unless there’s a medical issue that prevents that. If I can do it, anyone can. I hope this helps. Best of luck.

I learned so much with your videos, I decided to start a new regimen with all your products and recomendations. I noticed that the Revlon realistic normalizing rinse is hard to find. Did you find those products in Jamaica? Theres anyway you can ship those to me? Or theres a similar product to that one you can recommend me?

I'm a new relaxer (almost 2 weeks) Been natural for almost 10 years. I took notes from your videos and used the 2 minute reconstructor. I have a little shedding but other than that, it seems healthy and good. How do you maintain healthy ends? Like after a few days, I am just seeing that it looks frizzy.
