For task planning I mostly use Trello if it comes to my own projects. I'm super bad at design, so I use Miro for making UI prototypes. Also, I use Miro for system design (like I did in one of my previous videos where I showed a system design schema for this project).

Thanks for your comment! Basically, the main difference is that I have the "apps" directory separated. So every module (app) lives inside of this "apps" directory. It looks much cleaner to me. The rest files (manage.py, templates and config/deploy files) are at the same level as the "apps". I would say this is the main difference comparing to the standard Django structure, the rest directories and files are pretty much the same.
