I love the idea of having a Relicblade street team. A PDF media package would be helpful for those who want to run demos at local shops. I would love to help spread the gospel, I already talk about it to anyone that will listen. Maybe the demo kit could have special cards you could give away to people who try a game?

In the same way that watching youtubers play videogames is replacing that initial "selling period" for many people, good quality batreps can replace that first hour, or at least accelerate it to people understanding the game sooner. Unfortunately it's much harder to film a compelling batrep than it does to just screen capture a video game.

As I wait for the restock... Things I'd love to see in the future are more mounted units. Particularly something like lizard riding giblins or large bird (*cough* chocobo *cough*) riding Akadh goblins. Or just different mounts to swap out riders on. Also some Adversary paragons!

So many good ideas! A comic/graphic novel would be awesome! Maybe explore the Moldorf that way, kind of like Malev touched on in a previous episode with Animatrix. The events that lead up to the team that is the model kit, leaving the underground. And if you go like Corvus Belli, attach a exclusive character from the Novel and the card to the graphic novel. For a demo kit, I think the PDF already available with the kinght waking up to protect the farm from 2 pigs is an excellent place to build on! Let that be the first mission in a 3 mission demo campagin. The knight understands that those pig were the vanguard, and enlist a companion to take out their advanced camp, and as a conclusion get help from the temple of juistice to deal with a sub-boss like a raid master as the final quest. That way you can include rules gradualy, new models, how they work together, maybe get some items in between missions.

For new players, Mantic did a fantastic starter mat with their new Deadline 3.0 starter box. For future episodes would love a faction focus feature where we get the lore, but also an overview of how they play. As a new player I have no idea where to go other than based on which minis I like at the moment.

I would love to run demos. I haven’t played a game yet, but I have studying the rules for awhile. I think having a little demo pack would be awesome and could give me the courage to demo the game.

True Story: I saw Tim and Eric live in Philly a few years ago. Dr. Steve Brule ran right past me down the aisle and I was seemed so excited thanks to my Face Time Party Snoozer, I yelled, "I understand! Thanks for coming."

Sean do you have retail packages where our FLGS can actually sell the game for you. That would give the store owners incentive to have people do demos and such. Because they may not want people taking up game space if its a product they don't sell.

I do wholesale with stores. But I dont search them out. If you have a relationship with a shop you can ask them to email me. That sort of info would need to be part of a demo kit

As a new purchaser of the rules (digital, following watching a play through of the game by Ash Barker) I've been trying out the game mechanics via your official TTS mod. That being said I would love to play an onboarding scenario because in my first run through I had many questions on how many actions one could take and how recovery roles worked. For example in the quick start guide sample the Questing Knight has 4 action dice, and the rules state you can only conduct advance actions once per activation. The question came up though does that mean he can only conduct one attack as that would be an attack action...or does it mean that he can conduct each of his attacks once each? That part was not clear in the rule book. Recovery roles make sense for the most part but what do you do when all characters on one side are disabled..do they get one more role that round to see if any get up? Or is it game over once the last one standing collapses and that's it? These are the types of situations well written play through scenarios or video of game play could address quite easily. Loving the game though and one day I will hopefully catch one of the Kickstarters.

Ok disciple package to spread the word is cool. But I will only do it if Sean creates a cool art so we can Ink it on our bodies.

Wargames definitely have a problem where games which aren't currently releasing more and more content are considered "dead" games. It's funny, I just got into Aristeia which has a much stronger "boardgamer" community and boardgames don't need to constantly churn new product. Instead of going super deep on a product line and having a tonne of skus, they're hoping they'll go really wide in the market and sell 1 thing to a lot of people. I like to see mini games that can get closer to that. However, it's fraught: Guildball died in large part because it wasn't selling to new players and experienced players quickly maxed what they were going to purchase. Since teams were around 12 figures each it was easy to buy every miniature for every team you were interested in and then just stop buying stuff. I think Blaster and this Podcast may be a good way to replace endlessly bloating a game with new miniatures. It's content that fans can engage with but hopefully is much cheaper for you to produce.
