Please make a video on scammers who exist in Turkey on a very massive level, and tell me if Turkish government has taken any actions or if it has implemented laws to curb Turkish and non-Turkish scammers through out Turkey or not. In Turkey frauds exist at every expect of life, such as, Taxi drivers, bar employees, loan officers, real estate business owners, restaurant owners, etc, scam, kidnap, rob, and murder foreign tourists and legal or illegal migrants all the time.

Jeffery, Islam is simple. Christians believe that God walked on this Earth, ate food, went toilet, resided in a womans womb, and died. They believe in the Pagan blood sacrifice of a child to appease God. Only that will get your actions forgiven. Jews believe they are the superior race, free from Gods punishment regardless of their actions. Muslims believe that the creator is One, perfect, unlike anything created. God sent guidance in the form of prophets who were human. You will be judged on your actions. Islam is rational. Accept Islam brother Jeffery.

In my surrounding, there are no muslims. I am turkish and almost all of my turkish friends are agnostics, atheists, deists, pantheists or paganists…Islam becomes more and more obsolete and out of fashion. But this is the case mostly in the big turkish cities. In the small ones especially in eastern parts of Turkey, the religion plays a big role still.

As an ex-Muslim and atheist Turk living in Turkey, I don't think you will have any problems with religion. Turkey is governed by secular rules and your rights are protected by law. society will never interfere with you as long as you do not insult their religion. The worst thing that can happen to you is probably that they gossip. Like "he is a Christian, he came from this country, they have this in their custom".

Why you left religion Have you ever Pray Namaz or even Friday prayer
@RandPersonn
2 жыл бұрын
@@Alex-lw3yk I can't speak for everyone, but there is not sufficient evidence fir the existence of God or the proposition that Quran or other holy books are of divine origin. The fact that a person who has left a religion was never a super religious person or already comes from a nonreligious family doesn't mean that that religion is true/false or that person's reasons for leaving religion are automatically invalid. Similarly, there are many ex-Christian Atheists who come from nonpracticing Christian families, they were never religious Christian believers but they left it, does that mean that their reasons for not believing are automatically invalid? No. There might be people who left religion who were once super religious, not very religious etc; this issue is really irrelevant to whether a religion is true or not. If a former believer, who was never a practicing religious person, has still good , convincing reasons to not believe; then they are justified. Similarly, there might be people who were once super religious, then left religion for invalid reasons, that's possible. Similarly, there are many ex-Hindu Atheists who come from nonpracticing families, simply the fact that they were never practicing doesn't mean that their reasons for not believing are invalid
@itachi7285

@@Alex-lw3yk I used to be super religious until one night at the mosque during Ramadan, the imam said Muslims today are all committing kufr because Islam has been so riddled with innovations and lies that they are no longer practicing the real Islam. This bothered me so I did some research into things I had doubts about. Some of my doubts were cleared but a lot of my other doubts turned out to be true. Furthermore, a lot of the scriptures were constantly being denied by Muslims such as the Sira and Hadiths. This weakened my belief so I tried to counter it and strengthen my faith by looking at things that would prove Islam to be true, like the Kuran...except they couldn't prove it to be true. One example is that Allah is meant to be the all-wise and all-knowing creator. And yet in the Kuran it says that men ejaculate from between the backbone and ribs (taken from ancient greek knowledge 300 before Islam), sperm is the sole origin for making babies (disregarding the role of ovaries), sperm turns into blood clots (which is impossible because blood clots are dead mass), then these blood clots turn into a lump (also impossible because nothing grows from dead mass), the skeleton forms before being wrapped in flesh (this is also taken from ancient greek knowledge. The real truth is that cartilage is formed at the same time as flesh and doesn't fully form into bones until many years later) and it claims a babies gender is determined at the stage when they are clinging clots of blood (completely false because gender is determined by genetics when the sperm fuses with the egg). An all-knowing and all-wise creator could not make a single mistake about his creation and yet there were so many. I haven't even touched on other topics and this is just the tip of the iceburg. Needless to say I am an ex-muslim now.

@@Alex-lw3yk Yes yes you can doubt my past all you want, it wont change 30 years of being Muslim in a strictly practicing sunni household. Instead of being immature by denying what you cant prove about other people's history in youtube comments why dont you demonstrate your superior knowledge by addressing the direct examples I have given you from the kuran/Allah instead of hiding behind the conman and fake medical doctor Zakir Naik? Getting others to explain the kuran whose purpose is to be self explanatory is like holding others opinions above Allah. You might as well declare your shirk. Of course, there are some aspects of Turkish culture that are foreign to me, and even some that I might wish to be different (for example it’s attitude to LGBT Turks) but I would not desire Turkey to become just another westernised state. There is something special about the Turkish culture, and acceptance of diversity, generosity and the hospitality of Turkish people. It’s a delicate balance. I hope Turkey continues to to be open to others but retains its individuality. Many Turks are experiencing difficult times at the moment, which makes me sad. I hope that things will improve for them.

Why didn't you cover tengrism in this video? It's the original neo-pagan religion of the Turks since they were nomads in the Asian steppes. The non-dogmatic and tolerant nature of this religion is the reason why Turks are so open and tolerant toward other faiths since they fused it with the Islamic religion they picked up as they headed westward past the middle east towards Europe. The tengrist rituals and symbols are still practiced today.

Thank you for the lovely video. I just visited your country, and fell in love with it. I am Indian. We too are a secular country, majorly Hindu, but with the largest muslim population in the world ! I have travelled thru Europe too. But Turkey is close to my heart, because you have also absolutely no racialism, which all western countries have. Everyone made us feel very very welcome on hearing that we were Hindus from, what you call Hindustan, and not India. Glad to know you have Indian friend s. Most in Turkey were surprised that we wear western clothes, that I as a woman have short hair, and we speak English.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I think India is an unfamiliar country to the Turkish... 😊

As a Turk, I can easily enter the church. I do not belong to any religion or do not feel belonging. There are millions of Turks who think like me. Churches are much better protected than mosques today. I don't know if Christians can come and worship, but you can visit easily. I hope Turkey can host all kinds of religions. As Turks, we like people to be free and to believe what they want. Our only problem is some bigoted people among us.

I absolutely love Turkiye and Turkish people, however Christians should note that it's quite difficult to visit a church in Istanbul because they are all under security due to vandalism and other attacks. Of course, those churches that have been converted into mosques are easy to visit. Sorry to put a dampener on Aladdin's rosy picture of tolerance but the percentage of Christians in Turkey declined from nearly 25% in 1914 to less than 0.5% in 2019, due mostly to ongoing persecution. Tourists will be totally fine though, and I highly recommend a visit.

@@hanturk1283: Jews and Christians used to live in Turkiye in quite large numbers in the early 1900s but now their numbers are very small. I have Christian friends who tell me that it became so difficult for them to get access to some public services that they had to emigrate elsewhere and now just return for visits. This discrimination might not be government policy but you can't police the minds of people. Turkiye is far less friendly to 'outsiders' than it was 30 years ago when I first began visiting, and it's not just due to a "bigoted" few. I'm really glad you "hope Turkey can host all kinds of religions" but I think that time has long gone, unless dire economic circumstances can bring about a change of mind and culture.

@@sandytatham3592 I am 19 years old and most of the young people in my country think the same. Now we want to live freely and in peace. We respect people's beliefs. We say let's do what we want to do. One of my closest friends is an atheist, the other is Muslim, and I had Christian friends at my old school. We respect each other's beliefs and that's how it should be. When we change the government some problems will go away and I hope people can live as they want. I did not know that people of other faiths had difficulties, and this is very sad. Before the Erdogan government, Muslims were experiencing difficulties. I hope that such distinctions will disappear when the government changes. I think you are from the old generation and please don't get me wrong, Turkey is changing and renewing every day.

Happy Ramadan. I love morning adhan and music, dance in the evening. I respect turkey of respecting every religion. I respect turkey of respecting modern, secular and religious people. I respect secular turkey that’s why turkey is attracting whole world because turkey respects modern,secular ,religious and everything. Yes music is important for those while love music and pubs and yes mosque is important for those who love mosques. Respect the women who wears skirts please and respect the women who wears hijab please after all she gave you birth. Both women are equally respected modern and religious. Even if muslims are modern and not practising Islam they are respectful as well. All muslims women who wears short skirts and shorts cloths even bikini are respectful as well. I love Ottoman history buildings along with modern beaches and buildings. Turkish media attracted whole world their actresses are modern and beautiful.Turkish dramas are best. Turkish mosques are best. Love from Pakistan. Edrogen is great because he respects its country modern , secular and religious people. Just I hate people who are rebellion of its own country and yes any country should care of it. I know who is enemy of turkey. But make sure keep an eye of your enemy propogandas who can use Hindu as well. Good hindus are good but spy Hindu along with Kurds can be bad for your country I am not saying all Hindu and Kurds are bad but those who are spy are bad. Keep an eye on their propoganda. Even they are jealous of Pakistan turkey friendship. even spy of any country can be bad for any country.

I always used to dream about buying a Holiday home in Turkey but having been there couple of times I very quickly felt like that country isn't for me. I know everyone is not the same but it's always majority that makes the authority and majority of the people didn't treat me the way I get treated in the UK with respect. You don't demand much but whichever counter at the airport i went to, they did their best to ignore us which is insanely racist. To me, if you don't speak turkish in Turkey, you're not a human, that's what i figured out. Being discriminated as a muslim in a western country is understandable but in a country like Turkey, very heart breaking. A turkish lady told me once people weigh you with money there which isn't the case here in the UK what I love about the UK.
