4. Not everyone or everything deserves your time, energy, attention, and your response. Choose your battles wisely and don’t let the behaviour of others destroy your inner peace.
5. Stop worrying about how others think and see you. Instead, start loving yourself and accepting yourself for who you are.
6. Focus on making it through today. Don’t think about the past or tomorrow, and just on dealing with the present moment.
