My brother was killed in 2008 when he was 19 years old. When I saw your family's story on the news, while they were searching for your brother, I remember crying so hard. I had such a strong emotional reaction to the situation. I wrote your family a letter when I learned of Will's passing. I hope you are all healing. I know you'll miss your brother forever.

There was once a man who came to the Buddha for help. His only son had died. He wouldn't eat or do any work or activities. He would just go to his grave and cry. The Buddha asked where did his suffering come from? It came... from love. Love causes suffering. Your love for you brother, and remembering him, is ultimately what causes your pain and suffering.

I remember finding Will’s KZitem channel after searching for Hummer videos. His positive and loving attitude immediately caught my attention and he loved his car like myself. Words can’t describe how much your brother has inspired me. His inspiration led me to volunteer a couple times with Rebuild Joplin. Sometimes I go back to his KZitem channel for a smile and a laugh. It’s amazing how he’s had such a positive impact on me and I didn’t even know him. Thanks for sharing. Y’all are wonderful people! God bless you!

Watching that video of you guys in Africa reminded me. My mother passed in 2019. It was very hard and unexpected. About a month ago, I found a video of her, and it got me to wondering, if I could go back to that moment when the video was filmed what would I do or say, knowing I couldn't change what would happen? I assume you've thought those very things too. God knows I would make sure Mom knew how much I loved her. I'd probably still try to change what happened, but most of all, she would know how much I cared.

In my native culture when a person passes away their spirit is strong & lives on forever. Our bodies are considered shells that give out eventually. But after that it's the spirit that goes on into the next life. Life doesn't end. Their journey begins. May these words bring you & your family comfort. Cherish the memories. I have only one 1 sister who i love very much. We are very close. I never take her for granted. Our bond is very strong. We are grown adults now but she always includes me in her life. I can’t imagine the pain you’re going through. As a mother and a sister having only one sibling (a brother) I know your pain had to have been at times unbearable. Watching your video solidified God’s love and grace. A bible verse I learned early on says He cares for you. That is the truth. God cares for us. He cares for us when we are hurt He cares for us when we are feeling joy. He loves us. Your family is amazing and such a great example of how we should live in harmony with each other. I love that you say that Will brought a lot of color to a grey world. That is such a great way of describing him, & I've never heard someone explain it quite so perfectly. Sometimes I think about the man Will would be today (making movies in Hollywood, maybe a dad, definitely the coolest Uncle around), but then I remind myself that was never in the plan, & I should just be thankful for the wonderful 18 years I got to spend with him. Thank you so much for the loving words & for remembering Will ❤️ I truly appreciate you.

Sara I remember watching your channel years ago way back when you had your brown hair and then seeing the video of your brothers passing. I was in shock and my heart went out to you then. When you came back to youtube this past year I just had this overwhelming feeling of happiness for you, seeing you with your family and being a wife and a mom and doing so well. This was a really touching video and I got teary eyed. It is such a beautiful thing how you try to be more like your brother and keep his memory alive with your daughter as well. You were so lucky to have shared such a wonderful bond with Will. May his memory be a blessing to you & your family always. Nothing I type sounds right but I hope you know how many people care, send prayers and wish for the best for your family.

Your words mean so much to me. Everything you wrote is perfect. I can't thank you enough for supporting me all of this time. I'm so happy to be back on KZitem, & I'm thankful that I can finally post again without feeling so much sadness & grief. You're right- I'm so grateful that Will & I got to be best friends for 18 years. No one can take those memories away, & I'm so thankful that Will recorded so much of his life for all of us to watch whenever we need to see or hear him. May 22nd is a tough day every single year, but knowing that so many people like you remember Will & care about my family makes it a little easier. I'm truly grateful for you ❤️

Thank you so much for the kind & thoughtful words Adrianna! Although it's nice to know that others miss Will, it also hurts my heart to know that other people are sad because he's gone too. I truly appreciate your comment & well wishes ❤️
