Wow, I sure do miss Christmas in the 80s and just miss the decade of the 80s in general. What a fantastic time to grow up as a young child during this decade. I was nine years old and yes, remember all of these toys and how patriotic the nation was and how wonderful television culture, movies and radio in general was fantastic

@@ChristmasAficionado yes me too. We had some of the best toys in the 80s and I remember my best friend had Castle Gray school and all of the he man action figures. It was truly one of my favorite cartoons. next to Transformers and go bots.

I remember 1986 so well. Last year of high school. I was working at a local grocery store. The 70's were my childhood growing up. The 80's was my teenage years. We had moved to a smaller place. My parents divorced each other for the second time. Oddly they got along better in separate homes than together. This video brought back a lot of memories. Some bad but most were great. Thank you! You definitely earned a subscriber here! Great work!

I was afraid at first that 1986 would not be as fun as other years, but it turns out to be a fun year for cartoons. The RAMBO cartoon is ridiculous but so was the fact that we both watched RAMBO Part 2 around that time.

Thanks for the memories and the nostalgia! I love this series. I think this was the Christmas I have the fewest memories of. I remember the ones before and after more clearly but I think it also blurs with '87 to be honest. Definitely felt the shift from TF and GIJoe after this year when it came to toys. The shows were winding down as well alongside He-man, even though he was less relevant by now. I think this was the year I got a few MASK vehicles because of that.
