So how did you solve the issue of not being able to hear the keyer if it is another room? using RS -BA remote control. can tx but cannot hear the monitor....

You can use my CW decoder as a remote client. There is a clip about that in this channel, “Web CW decoder as a Remote Paddle Keyer”.

@@ds1tze i need to figure a way to patch in speaker tx side so can hear it. Icom streamed audio does not send key sounds over wifi from esp , i dont want to use a web interace - on esp to esp :)

As I already said below, you can find the Websocket library that I used, on the github. And there are some examples, with which you can make a simple client & server. After studying that, all that you have to do is “get a key down/up signal and send it to a server as a message, and at server-side, receive the message and set HIGH/LOW on the GPIO pin.” If it is hard for you to understand this explanation, I think you will get lost again even if I send my code to you. If you are not familiar with arduino, study arduino and websocket first. 73.
