Ren turned 33 this spring. He was doing battle rap with his buddies at 12 - which is also when he started making beats and trying to sell them. (Not a big market in small town Wales.) Got his first guitar at 10. He's been obsessed with music for better than 20 years. You see some of the same guys over and over -- the guy driving in Power is his main videographer.

You'll have to let me know when your birthday hits! As a 54-year old viewer, getting older is not so bad. My Discman (with MP3, six hours of music/disc) and Ipod (brick) are both in the garage. I think my last Walkman (cassette) died twenty-odd years ago. Nice flashing back with y'all. Big Push is it's own thing, it's the group he busked (perform on street for tips) with in Brighton, and guys he's been recording with. Looking forward to seeing your continued progress down Ren's catalog. I can honestly say I haven't found a dud yet. I'm going with the majority here and saying you'll probably love 1990s.

You guys definitely need to react to 1990s!!! It will take you down memory lane too. Walkman… I totally forgot about those lol!!! That’s awesome. Viktus in purple is the guy behind the pig mask. He is a good friend of REN’s and is an up and coming rapper, and they have a track coming out (hopefully soon) that they did together. Fun reaction guys!😊

Bringing back the memories guys. I remember when my status as a kid was measured by how many seconds anti-skip I had on my discman. Cleaning out my shed last week I found my old mini-disc recorder, stills works! Sony made good stuff back then.

Another fun Ren is "Losing It." It was originally an EDM song by Fisher, and Ren wrote a quirky rap to lay over the track. "Humble" and "Ocean" are upbeat in a different, but still good way. "Power" is an inspiring rap, kinda dancey.

I remember getting my first MP3 player - suddenly being able to carry hundreds of songs in your pocket was amazing. First one was a CD player that could also play MP3 off a data CD. Then again, I still remember getting my first (mono) tape player that had to be plugged into the wall, for Christmas in the early 70s - along with a tape of “The Wombles” and a “Basil Brush” tape when I was maybe 7. This reaction had me laughing out loud from early on - you clearly had fun with this one.

I also still have mp3 somewhere. I had Walkman, too, but hardly used it coz it was quite annoying due to skipping. 😀 And my first mobile phone was Siemens brick style phone with the little antenna. Crazy thing is, it doesn’t even seem that long ago when we used those. Time flies!

I still have that same discman that you were supposed to be able to exercise with, but it still skipped sometimes. And you had to carry around that zippered sleeve folder with several CDs so that you could listen to different albums. 😉 Still, it was a huge upgrade from the Walkman where you could only listen to one artist in one order unless you made a mixtape.😂
