Some of the most unexpected (to me) reactors have become my favorite Ren reactors because we can all see that his music truly speaks to you as it does us. After all, none of us want to be alone with these kinds of emotions. I suggest Crutch by Ren ft Bibi. but be prepared, it seems to be a very tough time in Ren's life, capturing the desperation in his spiral down his misdiagnosed path.

Never apologize for being who you are and what you’re going through or have dealt with. Ren is such a powerful artist, he has the courage to express himself despite everything he’s gone through. This song got to me too. As a Psych RN the message hits home for me on the flip side because I try to help people like Ren. It’s not easy when you’re fighting against a system that’s designed to make money instead of help people. We are all human beings just trying to get through the day. Ren is doing a great job of helping bring people together. We all doubt ourselves and have that voice inside our heads like he expressed in “Hi Ren” and it’s hard to get through this life just ignoring it. Be strong and remember that we all struggle and suffer but we can all get through this together.

This reaction made me want to hug you. And I can tell that those songs are helping you open up a little bit more and more. They are really cathartic and help us all cope with our own struggles. Ren did it for me many times now and was able to channel my bottled up feelings from the inside once again, let them all out. It was wonderful to be able to do that again and no pill and no therapist could have done that better. It is about facing your own struggles and not constantly just running away from them, because they always will get to you eventually. So facing them head on, go through it and get healthier in the process is so vital for our own evolution as a person. Long story short: Once again I am grateful that you let us be a part of your emotional world, it is not taken for granted, it never should be.

Amazing reaction Ash just like you said music is way to express ourselves and its like a virtual hug. When Ren says "little by little bit by bit I push it back down with a new habit..." it always reminds me that I used to push everything I had going in life and in my head by creating a new habit or addiction i uses to smoke a lot of cigarettes and vapes. Then I moved on to alcohol and that's when everything got worse because it's a bad habit a bad addiction. I actually found out from my grandparents that addictions run in my family. Even when I stop all of it and I fight it off. I somehow end up drinking or smoking again. I keep pushing it down with a new habit.

Ren taps into our souls. Whether we are struggling on the surface or underneath (we are all struggling to some extent and, I believe, those who don't show it are often the ones struggling the most).

This one is powerful. Their voices together blend so well. And his ability to do these videos live is unreal. So much talent! Ren’s music has the ability to tap into deep emotions. I’m glad his music is helping you process. Don’t apologize for being real and showing the impact of the music. But I think we need to give you one of his happy songs 😜 Check out Ren “Power” … it’s a fun vibe!

HUGZ Ashley, lots of HUGZ!!~ You can say sorry when you make a mistake in a choice you could have made differently. However, you shouldn't feel the need to say sorry for the imperfections of which you have little or no control over. Never apologize for being who you really are!

Take heart from the fact that there is so much beauty in the world to be uncovered in art , in literature, in music, in travel as well as in friends and family. We cannot all have an abundance in every category but we can all access some of it to help us through the tough days. And believe me whatever it looks like on instagram EVERYBODY has those tough days! REN brings some of that beauty to us and yeah some music can be a virtual hug when there is no one around to provide a physical one. Seek out the beauty in all things and there will be more good times than bad on the rollercoaster of life.

I feel Represented By Ren music. As someone who suffers from depression and anxiety for over 20 years. What’s once of Blue-moon you find a artist comes along lyrics that describe exactly what going on inside you .I often have a hard time deciphering a lot of dark Thoughts And putting them to words Go on inside my head. Feels good to find an artist that you can relate to.

That is SO hauntingly beautiful! It amazes me how good music can tear at our emotions. No need to apologize for anything. Real emotion from real music.

...'Scared of being ok, 'cause all things change.." Those are words of wisdom from a mind that has emerged from a very, very dark and hopeless abyss. After nearly 50 laps around the sun, such an amazingly profound lyric is so unbelievely cathartic. The message contained here fits seamlessly with 'Hi Ren' In the gallows standing on my toes so I can breathe / the voice that you hear when you loosen the noose on the rope. A master class in classy reference to bridge gaps between tracks and allude to his own work in a way that paints such a raw and real picture of the path he has traveled and the obstacles he has navigated in life to get to this point. That pendulum is real. Keep fighting the fight and making positive changes until the light shines for you.

Im not ok.... I havent been for a long time. I struggle on a daily basis with my inadedquasies, my doubts, my 'black dog days'..... And much as i knew i wasnt alone, that others struggled it didnt hit home until the last month or so since i discovered Rens art. Yes, theres been artists write songs about their inner struggles, but none with the power that Ren does. "Chalk outlines" is one amazing piece of art. From the very moment he starts singing, i well up Because i know that feeling of waking up, hoping against hope that i am a differant person, that for one day i can be someone other than the car wreck i am daily. Ive taken a wde selection of meds to keep me afloat, and other 'drugs' that arent prescribed to put that smile on my face. And when Chinchilla starts to sing, the floodgates open. Its such a beautiful somg about the saddest of subjects, but everytime i hear it, which has become a daily thing, after the tears have finished and ive caught my breath i feel a little better prepared to face the world.

That makes me want to come along for the ride on the next one, because you feel genuine, sincere, and honestly - really likable. Congratulations on recent subscriptions, you deserve every one plus the many to come. Thank you again, C

Huge hugs from here in the UK. Ren touches so many of us, especially those of us living with mental health issues. It's ok to cry. I do it a lot. I do it every time I hear one of Ren's songs. It shows we are in touch with our emotions. It shows we do care, especially about what matters. It's ok to take that medication to help us. If you cut your finger, you put a plaster on it. So think of those tablets as a bandaid for the mind. You are strong. You are a good person. This is sent with love and hugs 🥰x
