Oh no. GOD spare me this experience. I have been to England numerous times. This period of history DOESN'T interest me. The Tenn renn faire doesn't hold anything of interest in comparison. Too hot to walk around. I was hot, uncomfortable, too much walking. What passed for entertainment and juggling was ridiculous. I didn't like anything for sale. I have all the equipment zi need to make chain mail, a box full of renn faire clothes, patterns and cloth that a friend gave me to make my own but I just can't work up any interest. The food is overpriced. I think going to Nashville Shores to go swimming is at least fun. No renn faire for me ever

The costumes weren't even authentic. Nobody I met from the UK was interested in going to anything remotely renn faire in America because this type of stuff is part of their background and heritage that it is like:::: "NO thanks" I did go to the city of York in the UK during their Viking festival. I also visited Plymouth , England where the the Pilgrims sailed to America. America is a relatively young country but without anything interesting culturally. It needs to quit Boring us with cheap renn faire events. When I visit the UK I will see the REAL THING
