Si la válvula PCV esta cerrada la compresion intenta salir por otros lado. Revisalo primero, si no esta cerrada o abierta, entonces son segmentos de piston o desgaste. La pcv puede llegar a romper el turbo.

Thanks for the video , but why a broken turbo would cause this burning oil smoke coming from the breather ? I would think it’s piston rings . So how u recognized that it’s the turbo ? Greetings

Exactly, I was appalled too, for me the shaft from the turbo was destroyed, I only changed the turbo and the car still runs fine today

@@michaelnaga3788 blow by from piston rings very common on k9k 1.5 dci engine after 70k had a good engine then thought it was turbo done compression test as the same blow by gas from oil dipstick filler one cylinder no 4 belt end at 16 bar rest 22 bar had to remove head and pistons and soak in petrol as piston rings stuck in the grooves , A new head gasket valves reground in now runs like a new engine . pity got to sell it now

I got no boost pressure in a mb citan (a rebranded kagoo). It's wastegated not vnt, so i hand vacuum the actuator and looks it fully retracts, but still no boost pressure after done that and erase the codes. Both pressure pipes are fine, aswell as the intercooler. I wanna see how much play the turbo axle has, but i can't reach it from any side, i thought the dpf side was easier, but the mf has another set of bolts that i can't see, nor reach, because is tight af. Im about to take the engine out, is there another way around before i attempt this?

It spits oil from the compressor that's why i think is the turbo itself. Didn't find another conservative way to find the fault.

Is that the turbo or the pistons and/or rings are gone?
