Hi Alex. Don't worry about your English. You speak fluently so are very nice and in excellent level. People from every corner of the earth can understand you. Be safe there passing the mountains difficulties, and continue to do that good job in, and around your cabin. Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷

Hi Chris from Greece, happy to read your words! I'm fine even though there were heavy snowfalls alternating with rain which caused hydrogeolic risk alerts to be issued. I had to leave the valley, then I will explain it in the next video

Your English is very good and much better than the “customer service agents “ every company in America seems to be using. Often times I can’t understand a word they say , but I have no problem understanding everything you say.

Hi, yes there have been many alerts due to hydrogeological risk. I had to move away from the area because I have a risky road which, in the event of a landslide, would have stuck me in the valley for weeks without being able to get supplies. Unfortunately the cabin is not yet ready for parking for a very long period

Alex, you never talk too much - its lovely to hear you talk about your projects and to hear your thoughts. Also, your english is EXCELLENT, especially compared to my Italian which even after four years of trying to learn, is pathetic. Road and rooves are surely very big expenses and such hard decisions to make. I wonder if you live in an area where the architecture is protected? Do you have to have the beautiful stone roof repaired by artisans, or can you strip it all off and pt a metal roof? (Dont shoot me for saying this 🤣
@mywildlifeitalia
6 ай бұрын
LOL no, don't worry! Yes, there are many constraints due to the landscape and the nearby protected reserve, a park. I plan to restore each stone of the roof and maintain the original beams still in good condition, but properly treated. I'll talk more about this in the upcoming videos. As for the road, the issue is bigger, in the sense that I would need special vehicles for which I don't have knowledge or a license to drive them, so I think I'll have to involve someone else... we'll see...

Is there any way you could set up a small wind turbine to help boost your power generation??
@mywildlifeitalia
6 ай бұрын
Hi, yes there is a way, but I am tied to landscape constraints imposed by the municipality and the region. Solar panels aside, overly modern structures are not welcomed, but I can always ask for permits or invent something that is technological but has a more "rustic" or "rudimentary" appearance
