Thanks for sharing! Always great to see how someone tackles jobs like this. In the US they use double top plates (overlapping, e.g., perpendicular walls to have better structural integrity), interesting to see you opting for a double bottom plate instead. Any precautions taken to avoid moisture from the concrete floor from going into the (untreated?) sole plate? Or no moisture issues expected because of underfloor heating?

Now all you need is for the HVAC guy to come in and butcher up all your framing to run his ducting. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hi. I'm as bad my self 😜. There are lots of wires in the wall now for over unit and under unit lighting, power sockets and a cold feed pipe too. Added some grounds for some wall hung cabinets too. All covered over now. More videos on this and some other projects soon Thanks for taking the time to comment Cheers Gerry👍
