Reolink's USBC to Micro USB connectors are absolute rubbish. One has to shave off some of the plastic cuff to make a solid connection and even then it's flaky. Reolink persistently denies that there's a problem with them, but I've experienced it countless times.

Use silicon gel and a neoprene cover boot hood when you buy a new one.. they sell the cable that comes with the boot.... the micro connector has corroded....

I have a similar problem. My micro usb is corroded. Contacted reolink today to see if i can get a part. Might be under the 2 year warranty. Waiting.

I am having problems with mine as well. I feel it is the cuff around the solar panel connector that plugs into the camera. The cuff is too stiff and will not allow the plug to completely connect.

Contact customer support they were very helpful in my case though I did have to discover the problem myself. In my case the problem was a loose receptacle inside the camera they replaced the entire camera at no charge when I proved that was the case.

Mine did the same . Lose connection. Mine turned out to be a bent pin. The centre of the female plug in the camara was bent down and not going into the centre of the push in plug. Straightened the pin and it charges and is more secure.
