We've made a ton of progress on my $500 1966 SeaRay SRV180 (18ft). Today I was experimenting to figure out what I could make a plastic air horn diaphragm with (the parts for this old FIAMM horn don't exist) and I came up with cutting a blister pack to match the existing part. To my surprise, it worked perfectly. So we grabbed the camera and started making a second one to show how it's done. The plan is to get the boat on the water one time, then sell it in the next few weeks.
