Unfortunately, we don't repair these ear buds, but we do repair other devices 👉 www.joesge.com...
Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the ear-wrapping plastic housing with a hairdryer or heat gun being careful to not get it more than warm to the touch.
2. Use a thin metal pry tool to cut the adhesive and work the gap apart between the two plastic housing pieces.
3. Once the gap is large enough, you can use a plastic spudger to open the gap more then use your fingers to pull them fully apart. It may take using some additional heat to warm up the adhesive.
4. Desolder the old battery.
5. Clean the solder points and housing with rubbing alcohol on a Q tip.
6. Remove old adhesive on the lip of each plastic housing.
7. Sold the new battery in place.
8. Put a thin line of glue around the edge of the housing
9. push the two housings together then put the ear bud in a clamp or wrap a rubber band around it and let them sit for a couple of hours.
10. Get back to jamming out 🎵
