@@gotitdonethe new Autel tpms sensors can be cloned to match the existing sensors and you can get 4 for about what 1 OEM costs.

@@donniev8181 I get it. So you can use on OBD reader to get the current IDs and then configure the new TPMS sensor to mimic them?

@@gotitdone I think so, I've never actually had to replace a tpms sensor before because I just purchased a new Camry so the sensors are good for another 5-10 years or so. From what I've seen tho, the Autel sensors can be programmed with the existing sensor's code then replaced into the wheel. I think you may still have to buy the Autel tpms tool tho, I'm not sure. Amazon has the Autel tool and 4 sensors as a package deal for right around $300. So this would be much cheaper over the life of the vehicle in the long run, rather than paying Toyota $80-100 per sensor plus labor charges. Hopefully by the time I need to actually replace my sensors, these tools and sensors will be much cheaper to buy and replace, that's what I'm hoping for anyways lol. Autel has several instructional videos out about how to replace using their sensors.

Cool another way would be just completely inflate the tire so you push down on tire and replace the temps instead using a wood block

Had the same problem and used a bead of silicone sealant on the face of the “nut” that meets the wheel face . So far so good … 🤞🏻🤞🏻 if not I’ll try this Thanks for the video 💯🤙🏼

That is some creative solution 🤔 I wanted to clean the corrosion for good and avoid any future leaking. They have been perfect so far. Every time I checked the pressure now they haven’t lost any air at all. They were driving me nuts before that. Please consider subscribing to my channel. It is not that hard. You do need an air compressor. I have the cheapest one from Harbor freight and it worked easily.

Except in lucky cases, air escapes between rim and debeaded tire. Ratchet strap around tire, kids inner tube shim, or lighter fluid are solutions.

You didn't have to replace the whole sensor, just the valve seal kit.
