The shelves look amazing I do hate the factory design on all the gun safes. You can fit way more guns if you do open shelves like two on the sides one on the back is my plan. I am not good at wood working like you or I’d make some kind of slider for my shelves to because I like short guns but also have hunting rifles. Great video

Beautiful work! My safe came with mdf shelving and your video is very helpful. May I ask how you secured the vertical support to the floor? Did you use pocket holes with screws?

Thank you. The vertical support is not fastened and works great with the weight of the shelf and equipment on it.

What fasteners did you use in the fire board? I'm trying to customize my safe I built the electrical box and tried 2 different screws, neither tightened up??
