2. using medium fire so the food will not be burned

100g Pear
80g Onion
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Red Wine

1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Rice Syrup
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp Chilli Paste [Gochujang]
1/3 Cup Anchovy Stock*

400 lt Water
2g Dried Kelp
