This dish today is a Korean Chinese Style Food. It is very simple to make it and very flavour side dish.
*Cooking tip of making this dish:
1. put sea salt the eggplant and remove water from eggplant will remove the bitter taste from eggplant

750g Eggplant [Cut]
Sea Salt
80g Shallots [Sliced]
60g Red Chillies [Chopped]
70g Minced Beef
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tbsp White Wine
1/4 Cup Chilli Bean Sauce
1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Vinegar
