Thanks a lot for the informative video, sir. Can you please share what new term should be created or used from the older jargons instead of caste and tribe to address communities belonging to that social part. Or do we ban the words caste and tribe in India. Another way to go about it is sir to teach how these terms are colonial constructs in schools so that children are aware since childhood where the brain is most malleable. Kindly let us know your thoughts on the above statements, sir.

It's very easy to get enrolled in govt school atleast on papers and continue taking pvt coaching classes from pvt institutes. However, it can be done on a trial basis. But, again the problem is casteism and not caste. But, still people say if caste goes, casteism goes automatically. However, no one talks the vice versa. Why is no one talking about the hegemony of a few castes in almost every sector(media, bureaucracy and so on) ? This is certainly a big issue sir.

Fully agree to the view of yours, but this is politically unviable solution for any leader, even if the supreme court takes any Initiative, the fate will be same as what happened with atrocities act issue. The better solution would be to have a UNIFORM creamy layer among the existing structure for ALL CATEGORIES. There is already a layer for EWS,OBC but that is not much effective, let there be unifrom layer for all categories, the first step could be this, in this way the caste leaders would not get the chance to orchestrate riots in the name of ending someone's reservation and secondly a debate would be initiated from a new perspective. Right now it is the effluent section of every community who is getting benefits of reservations and this particular section controls the ground politics and thought process of their respective communities,so they are not going to keep quite if any Fundamental change is made to it. Once by a AMICABLE creamy layer concept these people gets out of the benefitting chunk aso that there will be fresh space for discussion on the issue, as after that the dominant people of respective Communities will not be benefiting from the regime of creamy layer. Commented this on video 3 on reservation- There is a factual correction sir, population of ST in Rajasthan is 13% according to 2011 census, and 6% of them are meenas,5.5% bhils, and garasiya, saharia, damor etc comprise the rest There is a catch in this also, among bhils There is a sub group called BHIL MINA which is different from the meenas of eastern Rajasthan, (this is the biggest anomaly due to which meenas of eastern Rajasthan got ST tag Despite their own brothers next to river Chambal in madhya pradesh are in OBC) So these BHIL MINAS live in southern Rajasthan, totally different geographical location than eastern Rajasthan meenas,There is no matrimonial alliances among them, no cultural similarity except the surname they use now is MEENA (a type of sanskritisation to be a superior tribe among their counterpart bhils). But in population they are also enumerated as meena now so that the numerical strength of meenas justify their representation everywhere in state. This issue could serve as a excellent way forward while decoding reservation debate.
