"Thanksgiving is my favourite time of the year. I live for it.” So says Kris Yenbamroong from Night + Market, cooking at home in Los Angeles for his wife Sarah and parents Prakas and Sumitra.
We join Kris and his family for Thanksgiving to launch our new series, Resetting the Table. Westholme’s new documentary series features videos, recipes, stories and photography showcasing groundbreaking chefs in great food cities. How are they remaking tradition in an era of enormous challenges? And what do they do with our Australian wagyu?
