This project was inspired by Peter Brown's "Secret Wood Wand" video (link below). I saw his video and thought it was a really cool idea and decided to try and make something similar. I recently discovered that parchment paper does not stick to epoxy resin. Armed with this new knowledge I set out to make a mold using parchment paper. The main advantage I suppose is the minimal clean up when de-molding. This could probably be done using some poster board or card stock but that would definitely stick to the resin. While I don't think my wands turned out as nice as Peter's I am still super happy with how they came out. My kids loved them so in my book that a win! Thanks for watching.
