Did some digging on this chick. She was charged with felony assault on another inmate while she was serving time in county for larceny. @@tjanderson1972 This is exactly the problem with the Arbery case. The media and then a corrupt judicial process got away with painting a violent thug scumbag as a wonderful jogging shining light of the community in order to crucify three men who were just trying to keep their neighborhood safe on the recommendation of the police. There is something much more sinister and dangerous behind this absurd push to paint the worst of society as victims.

I used to make really bad and dumb decisions when driving around, I was exceptionally stupid, I used to drive around with no insurance, expired license, expired tags, had warrants for missing court, pretty much every stupid thing you're not supposed to do. I was pulled over multiple times obviously because of my own dumb decisions. I treated each and every police officer that pulled me over with a tremendous amount of respect and was honest with them, I told them about my warrants, everything, they usually let me go, because of how I treated them. A couple of the officers even told me that they appreciated the honesty and respect, one of them even said that 90 percent of people lie and are complete dicks to them and if I had lied/showed any attitude, I would have gone to jail. Its all about how these people act that ultimately gets them in more trouble.

@@angelakelso9784 you have to have a license to drive a car. Now the cops were actually going to try to understand the situation. Her license was suspended, and if it was unsuspended and they could see the paperwork proving it, then they'd probably let her off for not having her license with her. Even if you are licensed to drive, you can't just leave it somewhere and go out driving. It has to be with you for this reason. Because an officer needs to see proof that you are LEGALLY allowed to drive if they pull you over. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you leave your license at home, you can be ticketed. Especially if you are pulled over for a reason like not using a turn signal. And based on previous/repeat offenses you can be arrested. Shed be arrested Because she's not licensed to drive if she doesn't have her license with her or paper proof that she is unsuspended. Likely because she's a terrible driver she already had her licensd suspended. And if she is a terrible driver, shs lose those privileges because she is a danger to the public when you can't drive responsibly. So you see why these thins are important little Joshua? And you have to learn that there are consequences for your actions in this world. If you choose to break the law like that, and you get caught, you have to face the consequences like a man, because you have nobody to blame but yourself for choosing to be stupid and do something like that. The police did nothing wrong in this situation. This girl has to face the consequences of choosing not to do the right thing and being a danger to the public. They could not let her drive after learning she didn't have her license or proof she was licensed. That means they even can not let her drive home. They would have to take her in the car. But that is her own fault for choosing to do the wrong thing and getting caught. And she DID resist. By not listening to the officer, by refusing to get out of her car, by pulling back when the officer was trying to remove her. They gave her every chance to WILLINGLY follow their orders. If you don't want things to escalate, then surrender! That's just how things work in the real world little Joshua. I genuinely hope you appreciate that I took the time to explain this to you and I hope these are lessons that you take hold on.

I’m actually quite conflicted. I genuinely do enjoy Donut’s content and appreciate it but at the same time he seems to be very strongly sided with police having so much power and authority over civilians in the majority of situations. Yes, in regards to how the law works the lady does resist and is legally allowed to be detained and arrested but at the same time, looking at different situations which result in innocent people being unrightfully harmed and killed makes me question why police have so much authority to do what they do, obviously in this video it’s different but I am just referring to Donut Operator’s concept as a whole. I do think he is a very kind and genuine person, I appreciate his content but I just think I don’t entirely agree on his ideology. (Assuming he is right-wing which is understandable).

consider that video cameras struggle to show force, and if an officer says stop resisting and youre not, unless you say otherwise you have nothing to corroborate your side of events. Now this stain on the gene pool is clearly resisting, but it makes you wonder how many times people actually arent resisting, and all an officer has to do is say stop resisting and they can add resisting arrest to your charge. "everyone heard me tell her to stop resisting" More often than not its dropkicks resisting, but if i am told to stop, and my arm just doesnt bend that way and someone says to stop, i am going to tell them i am not resisting.

I had this same thing happen, except for the arrest. I was pulled over due to suspended license. I had just got it reinstated two days prior. I didn't have the paperwork with me at the time of the stop. The cop gave me a ticket for driving while suspended and let my friend drive my car, since he was legally licensed. I went to court and took all my paperwork from the BMV and had got my new license in the mail before my court date. The judge looked at the dates on paperwork and ticket, seen I was legal and dismissed the charges. It wasn't a big deal at all. I didn't blame the cop, he didn't know. He was just doing his job and the system wasn't updated yet. If she would have done the same, all would be good. She is making it worse on herself. This is why I say most people that cry oppression, are self oppressed. They are doing it to themselves. People that act like her just don't get it. They would be surprised how cops treat you when you treat them with respect, saying yes Sir and no Sir, complying to what they ask. Most the time just doing that will get you a ticket or told don't do it again and just sent on your way. Learn to treat others as you want to be treated. Treat the cop like an asshole, the cops gonna be an asshole to you. It's that simple.
@Rembanspellsong
3 жыл бұрын
you are completely correct, without the paperwork the cop had no way to know that you had gotten your license reinstated. One of the most common lies when they pull over someone that has a suspended license is 'I got my license reinstated but I left the paperwork at home' because they are hoping either the cop is in a generous mood or something bigger happens and the cop lets them go with a warning and tells them to have someone else come and move the car for you.

I mean, was she telling the truth about having JUST taken care of her suspended license? She could be bull shitting, but my brother had his license suspended in New York, he lives in Virginia now and he thought that he had had that taken care of, it turns out, he did not, he was pull over, the officer thought my brother was lying to him because he told him that he had a valid license, in the end, while the officer was annoyed, he wrote my brother a ticket and let me drive, without arresting my brother, the point I’m making here is that COULD this officer have checked to see if her story was true? Did he HAVE to arrest her? I don’t think he HAD to, now, once he tells her that she’s under arrest and she dives back into the car, that’s it, she fk’ed up, but I’m not so sure this officer had a lot of patience
