Totally agree, as new RRT starting ICU rotation its almost impossible to do a full assessment every two hours for vented pts. I do a full assessment in the first round.. the other three rounds are basically vent checks unless something new comes up.. otherwise, ill never make it to all pts.. I really appreciate your videos.. you helped me survive respiratory school and here I am still looking for your educational videos and learning a lot all the time:))

Also, don't be intimidated by the medical staff! Know your facts that will support your solutions. Do what is right for your patient not just the physician!!!
