If I sleep less than 7 hours I wake up with a pump, my whole body is like after finishing a workout, but it quickly wears off after an hour and I just feel like shit. If I sleep 8-10 hours I wake up fat but after a few hours my body slowly starts to show its muscles for the rest of the day and also I just feel better all around

Youre totally wrong on this one. Sleep makes no gains if youre not going to the gym. Peds gives you gains even if youre not going to the gym.

@@kattihatt I'm not wrong at all lol, we have seen this happen multiple times. Firstly, if you're trying to get gains going to the gym is the premise, so let's get that out of the way. Secondly, not everyone who takes PEDs will get gains without going to the gym. Furthermore, if you don't sleep and take PEDs you won't grow, but if you don't take PEDs and sleep you certainly will. Finally, we know, for sure, that sleep while taking PEDs will be the most important one out of the two. That's why we always recommend people to optimise sleep, nutrition and training before jumping on PEDs.
