i've been working in a kitchen for nine years doing dish with this exact machine. thank you for posting this video. i had to learn to do this by myself . i love the music you picked for this video. i was just listening to future while this video was playing and the beat from this video made it a sick as remix. i'd love to get more ideas from you on how to make myself a better dishwasher.

thanks man. My advice wold be to look at your 3-6ft and how to make it efficient for everyone. Ask the team, a good crew always wants to help out

I bet your ecolab rep absolutely loves you. Most accounts never even clean the machine.

I uÎsed to work for ecolab and would get so bummed out when the kitchen inspection’s failed because i’d have to come back three weeks later to retest everything. Meeting people like this guy had my hopes up every time knowing the kitchen would pass and management would be attentive towards grime and mold then some other restaurants ive had to inspect in the past for.

You’re literally the only other person ive seen blow threw a washer arm then myself, everyone else would be grossed out to do that. It takes real dishers to go full forth in their job, even tho i hate doing it.

Yea its a little gross but those do have a ton of what’s basically bleach vinegar peroxide and degreaser so it’s basically sterile “gravy”

The “ecolab lime away” is brilliant if you can get that in Florida ? We pour it on neat in are kitchen in wales 🏴 Then run the dishwasher about 10 times on the longest cycle and some pauses in between… then it looks like brand new again and everything starts to come out clean first time! We have hard water here to. But if you can get it it’s great for dishwashers.

I am also a dishwasher at a restaurant. What stuff did u use when u cleaned off the residue from the inside of the dishwasher. And also how do u keep the top of the dishwasher clean all the time and keep it from getting dirty again?

Check the red tube on the top. There will be a switch to “prime” it (pushes the soap through the machine) If that doesn’t work, call your rep
