biryani masala- 4 tbsp
lemon -1 piece
Pudina- 1 cup
salt - as per taste
keora water -4 tbsp
pure ghee- 50gm
dry apricot - 4
yellow color optional
For biryani masala:-
white pepper corn - 10
black pepper corn -10
zeera- 1 tbsp
Shahi zeera-1 tbsp
bay leaf - 1
cardamom -6
cinnamon - 1 stick medium
clove- 7
star anise - 1 small
jaifal 1/4
fennel seed 1 tsp
dry roast the masala. Grind and make fine powder
