This first child pose Just felt soooo comforting. I couldnt go on with the practice. Have to get back tonit another day. This supported childs pose makes me feel like I can be vulnerable....thank you🥰

Thanks so much Paula, I really enjoyed this practice. I just have one question, I can't get into the half saddle pose. My calf just seem to thick and the muscles on the front of my upper leg feel so overstretched that I just can't get in the pose. Having short legs doesn't help either. Is there an alternative to make this pose work? Placing a blanket doesn't do much. It's just too painful and overstretchy.
