Firstly, THANK YOU Yisela for making her shine again! Now she looks just as I remember her through eyes of my 6yo self ❤ You did a fantastic job, I could never give her such treatment. I can’t wait to welcome her back home ❤ This video made me really happy and I’m even more greatful you finished this project during some harder time! You’re just amazing! As for the name, when I was little I called her „Tęczynka”, which is made up name that you can loosely translate as „Little Rainbow” or „Arcoírisita” 😅 Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤

thank you, of course all hail to our amazing Yisela for doing all the work but I wanted to be as transparent in this as possible, because I wanted to let every adult pony admire know that cherishing your childhood being an adult (I’m 38 in August) is normal and there are a lot of us. I’m also geek all the way and I for this day enjoy all of the franchises I enjoyed as a kid. Hope this means for some of you, especially my fellow G1 Bronies, when is so difficult to be able to show your admiration for ponies being an adult male. And for all adult vintage toys lovers - you’re not alone :)

You can see how much Jakub loved his Sunribbon. She's actually in excellent condition despite being so obviously loved and played with. I really hope he's happy with the restoration, it's well done. I am also so delighted you're planning on offering the little bait pony kits. I'd like to give the restoration/customizations a try to even see if I like it but purchasing all the tools and supplies separately and trying to source a pony just for an experiment seems like a waste of time and money. But as a kit, that sounds much better.

Literally insane how people will finger an object and be like "aw dont look at my widdle disgusting nails :c" girl what did you expect. She wanted that attention and she will get it.

Aww, I wish I had my vintage ponies from when I was little. I have my Rainbow Brite from back then, but for some reason my mom got rid of the MLP when I got too big for them. I had the folding stable and at least two ponies - I forget how many I had - the only ones I remember are Firefly (I just had to google pegasus pony, pink with blue hair because I could never have told you that name otherwise) and Glory (also had to google) who had gemstone eyes (not sure if that's normal or was a special kind). I wish I still had them.

When adding the peroxide to the pony, you covered the hair of the mane with some tape for protection, but then you removed the mane later. Why not remove the mane and then do the peroxide step? Just curious because im super new to all this. Thank you for these videos, you are awesome!

As an alternative to using cream peroxide to remove yellowing, may I suggest looking into making a retrobrightening box? ODD Tinkering does a lot of restorations that require removing yellowing, and his retrobrightening box does such an amazing job. He has a tutorial for building one on his second channel, ODD Experiments. It might make the process quicker and easier for you - food for thought! I personally believe that every maker, whether an artist, a musician, a restorer, a creator, etc... whenever they make something they put a little piece of their soul into what they make. And so, when you restore something, you are making a beautiful thing, a gift that shares a little bit of your inner light. 😊 It may be hard to survive despite your brain and body fighting against you. But you make these with Love and it shows me just what a lovely blaze your soul is, purifying darkness. Keep going, because your fire warms the people you share with and it is very, very precious.

Now this was a blast from the past. I also have baby Sunribbon in my ponycollection from my childhood. She is still in decent condition since she was part of the last ponies I got before I stopped playing with them. I gotta say you managed to nail how Sunribbon originally looked, heck you even gave her a better tail then what she originally came with back in the 90s, she came with a glorious mane but the tail was a short blended mess of colours. Still loved her a lot & thought she was supercute even if childme thought she deserved a better tail. Maybe I will rehair her tail one day, who knows.
