"That's why I make the missus work." I guess that was an attempt at humor.😒 If both spouses are no longer working and are spending more time together, I don't think their location matters. When my Dad retired at age 62, it took my full-time housewife mom a few months to get used to him being at home so much more. Unfortunately, my Mom's health went downhill about 2 years after my Dad retired, so I hope all who are newly retired appreciate their spouse's or partner's good health and don't take it for granted. Wolfgang Puck's restaurant looked great. Thanks for the review.

We just got back last night from our Lifestyle visit. We stayed in Atwood Bungalows. We had a lake view, and we saw an alligator swimming in the lake stalking those poor ducks! We drove the golf cart from Atwood all the way up to First Responders Rec Center. What an amazing tribute to our finest! Someone suggested we try Wolfgang Puck. We didn't. Yet. We want to return and rent for about a month so we can spend more time house hunting. So many Villages. It's really hard to choose!!

Thank you for addressing the issue of turning left from the golf cart lane. I just closed on my new home in Lake Denham (also a former Hoosier) and had this exact situation, but the driver stopped in the golf cart lane with left blinker on and I stopped because it was unclear if he was going to turn in front of me. Eventually I passed by but it made me wonder about the proper protocol, so I appreciate the clarification!

Hi Jerry and Linda. Talking about salt in the air near the ocean, I do hear it can eat away at areas of a car. Being from NY with its harsh winters, using salt wasn’t the best thing. We had NYS inspections and if any signs of the frame eaten away from salt, automatic failure. What do you do?🤔 Linda’s fellow golf cart driver cutting her off? On the roads here, I have never seen so much of it. I think it’s the worse of any state I’ve driven in. Lastly, did Jerry ever do a video on different Florida palm trees. My husband badly wants a saguaro one, but I think AZ protects them. And are there ever any country tribute bands that play there? And for Larry, hard rock or heavy metal? Ummmm, retired people at an Ozzy or Kiss tribute show? Larry would be alone!🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you and looking forward to your website and different links.😊

Speaking of golf cars, when I lived in Lincoln Hills, a Del Webb community, in Northern California, we had at least 1 home burn each year from fires started by too small of an extension cord to charge electric carts. Large extension cords are very expensive, however, the safety of your home is worth spending the extra money to be sure it can handle the current properly. Fires that start in the garage are not easily detected during the night when you are asleep in the house so it is important to take every precaution you can to avoid fires. Most electric cars have a dedicated electrical outlet and special plug, but still people try to do it on something that won't handle that purpose. It was sad to see the firemen up on the roof chainsawing holes over the garages to vent the smoke. If you are not certain you have the proper extension cord for charging, be sure to check with your golf car dealer for the correct charging cord.

Interesting video! Lots of good questions! I had car in tben80’a stationed in Orlando at what is now the car clinic in Orlando. All I had happen was my paint faded a little from being outside and the lining on the roof came unglued which was quite common I guess but no rust even with the fading paint. Good answer on the funeral stuff. It happens here too though . Once you get in a certain age I think it’s natural. I have heard of couples splitting in TV but it happens.., nice haircut Jerry!

You don't have to live in the TV for your significant other to pluck your nerves. Happens here in NC also.
