My take away from this is Evan Hafer for President 2028! If the press can handle a Biden press conference, they should be fine with Instructor Earl at the podium!

Jay is one of my new favorite people. I’m from the area of Missouri where Mizzou is located and I was stationed in Minot for 5 years, so I’m very familiar with that area and that university. That’s awesome!

Dude was 5’9 240? Wow. I’m 6’3, and the heaviest I’ve been was 245 of weightlifter muscle, and that was hard enough to sustain. I could sprint really well at that weight back then, but distance running wasn’t really sustainable until I got down to 225. Could fluctuate on the scale 10lbs throughout a day just based on timing of eating, water intake, and exercise. I’ve been as light as 165 (cardio shark while on prescription amphetamines and not eating enough as a late teen). Have also spent periods in no particular order at 175, 180-185, 190-200, 200-215, and 215-225. Currently at 220, and would like to be 200-210. Favorite weight and body type I’ve ever been at: 185-195 in competitive SEAL PST shape. Felt indestructible, but hard to maintain that level.
